Baseboards: 5 1/4” colonial base in all areas, finger-jointed and prepared for painting
Window & Door Casings: 3 1/2” Stafford style casing, finger-jointed and prepared for painting
Walls & Ceiling: Constructed of 5/8” blueboard with plaster veneer. Walls have smooth finish; ceilings have light textured finish with two (2) coats of white paint. Walk-In Closets are painted white. All other Closet walls and ceilings are non-painted textured finish.
Finish Details: Crown molding in Living and Dining areas as well as custom millwork throughout
Doors/Hardware: Six panel solid core Masonite with satin nickel levers and hinges; closets are hollow-core Masonite

Limited Warranty
In addition to any warranty relative to materials and labor given by the manufacturer and/or installers of the various components of the unit, Builder shall offer a one (1) year Limited Warranty on the Residence from date of purchase. Please consult the actual Limited Warranty for a more exact description of coverage and limitations.

Any materials or selections that have been purchased, ordered or installed by the Builder at the time of Buyers Offer shall be eliminated from the Selection process.
